How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. You can schedule a free 15-minute consultation or reach out through the contact form. During the consultation, we'll briefly talk about what's bringing you in, answer any questions, and see if we're a good fit.

What can I expect when getting started?

After you reach out or schedule a consultation, I’ll respond within 24–48 hours. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your needs, goals, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy.

If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first session and begin creating a plan tailored to you. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you feel more in control and confident over time.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes, all sessions are conducted virtually, allowing you to attend from a space that feels comfortable and private for you.

What issues do you specialize in?

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, intrusive thoughts, trauma, stress, and burnout. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to support meaningful, lasting change.

What is therapy like with you?

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space while also helping you build practical tools and strategies you can use in your daily life.

We’ll work together to understand patterns, reduce distress, and help you feel more grounded and in control.

How do I know if you're the right therapist for me?

Finding the right fit matters. The consultation gives us the chance to connect, talk through your needs, and see if working together feels comfortable and aligned. There's no pressure-- just an opportunity to explore what support couke for you.

What is an intensive and how is it different from weekly therapy?

Therapy intensives are longer, focused sessions designed to help you make progress more quickly. Instead of meeting once a week, we dedicate extended time to working through specific challenges in a more in-depth and structured way.

They’re a great option if you’re looking for faster progress or want to focus on a specific issue.

Clinical Supervision

Do you offer clinical supervision?

Yes, I provide clinical supervision for LMSWs working toward licensure.

What is your supervision style?

My supervision style is supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping you grow your clinical confidence and skills. I balance guidance with space for you to develop your own clinical voice.

Logistics & Policies

Do you accept insurance or private pay?

Insurance is accepted in most states. Private pay available for all services in all states.

Superbills are provided for reimbursement.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. This helps maintain consistency and availability for all clients.

Where are you licensed to practice?

I provide therapy services to clients located in NY, FL, VA, WV, and NC.
